RETURN/CANCLE CONDITIONS

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase from Hala Perfumes for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days and send the item back to us at no cost to you as long as the requirements outlined below are met.

• Products can be exchanged for new ones or refunded if they are returned.
• Fragrances are the only beauty products that can be returned.
• Only in the case of a mismatch or a manufacturing error will a return be accepted.
• The returned item(s) must be in unused condition, in the original box with all accessories and documentation included,
• Used or open items are not eligible for a return.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND if canceled order?

When canceling an online prepaid transaction after shipping, a 3.1 % credit charge of the total order value will be charged, and AED 25 will be deducted for courier fees. (only in case there is no damaged items or wrong fulfillment from hala perfumes side)

There is a 7-10 day processing time for refunds, a discount coupon with the same amount (minus the above mentioned charges) will be provided for future purchases.
